Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role is based in Maracaibo.
The Sales Specialist is responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting outreach, and presenting InteractiveWorkers, LLC solutions in a clear and compelling way.
Daily activities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, following up on leads, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
The role involves building long-term client relationships, understanding customer needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
The Sales Specialist will also track performance metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions to refine skills and stay aligned with company goals.QualificationsStrong communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction, active listening, and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.Proven customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving, and maintaining positive, professional relationships.Demonstrated success in sales, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Experience in training or coaching peers or clients on products, services, or sales processes is highly beneficial.Background in sales management or team coordination, including pipeline oversight and performance monitoring, is a plus.Ability to work on-site full-time in Maracaibo and adapt to a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software to manage leads, opportunities, and reporting.Relevant education or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
